is a minimalist showroom space located in Melbourne, Australia, designed by . The approach was to bring the home into the showroom space to encourage familiarity for visitors. Rather than dazzle with hi-tech materials and hard surfaces, the designers chose to embrace the consumer and invite them in with warm, organic finishes, furnishings and herb garden. A limited budget restricted options on all aspects of the design, particularly placement of precincts and equipment within the premises. The concept and design were also driven by a collaboration with trade partners who supplied materials and labor. The showroom had to meet the expectations of a group of stakeholders, beyond the main client as well as delivering good design and functional operation.
