Hamadayama House by moyadesign

is a minimal renovation located in Suginami, Japan, designed by . The renovation is of a 40-year old low-rise apartment building that was once occupied by offices. The building faces a private road and garden to the north and south, and is surrounded by a quiet environment. The one-room visually connected was gently divided into three public, private, and semi-private spaces by the hanging walls using the existing concrete wall. It is also possible to make partitions in the future using this wall.
