Aeru Meguro by NOSIGNER

is a minimalist space located in Meguro, Japan, designed by . Though the shop size is not very spacious, the space was designed to be flexible for seasonal changes and various occasions. At the center of the shop is a large mobile cabinet, which was inspired by the Japanese traditional tiered doll stand and a hand-held folding fan. The cabinet has eight tiers at different levels and revolves around a pivot like a folding fan. The cabinet changes form according to the occasion, e.g. it can be used to display products, or it can be used as a desk and bench. Thus, it allows one to use the shop space freely and flexibly. With this cabinet at its core, this shop reflects the fascination of Japanese craftsmanship.
