is a presentation of limited furniture collectibles and textiles located in Paris, France, designed by and . This exhibition is an affirmation of the way an aesthetic can flow from an ideology — one with roots in a very specific context. Pool and Oyyo are two independent design studios that transcend their simple status as “companies”: both refuse to compromise their creative autonomy at any stage of the production process. From its Stockholm base, Oyyo incorporates traditional Indian techniques to weave its dhurries, just as Pool pays attention to the smallest details to craft its artisanal furniture. This dialogue in Paris — building on a chance encounter in Milan — forefronts the studios’ stylistic affinities. Furniture and textiles mingle here, creating a space echoing with shared values, stories and ideologies.
